Villas of Sedona and Sedona Springs

Results: Within three years, the resorts experienced a significant reduction in delinquent weeks: Villas of Sedona decreased from 300 to 79, and Sedona Springs from 199 to 80. This translated to approximately $200,000 and $125,000 in additional maintenance fee revenue, respectively.
