Our Story
Capital Vacations Resort Management started in 2013 as Capital Resorts, a vacation ownership club with 10 resorts and a passion for providing exceptional travel experiences. In 2016, with the acquisition of Defender Resorts, we added vacation ownership management services to our list of offerings. From these humble beginnings, Capital Vacations Resort Management has grown to become the market leader in independent timeshare resort management — and the fastest-growing company in the industry. Today, we serve more than 200+ associations and nearly 400,000 members across the United States and Mexico, helping them maximize revenue, streamline operations, and improve the Owner experience.
