Capital Vacations Expands Smoky Mountains Portfolio with Sunrise Ridge Resort Acquisition
Pigeon Forge acquisition adds 132 units and a third Smoky Mountains resort to the portfolio.
Myrtle Beach, SC — October 1, 2026 — Capital Vacations, a leading resort management and vacation ownership company, announced today that it has purchased certain assets at Sunrise Ridge Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN, including vacation ownership intervals, management rights, and related assets. Capital Vacations now serves as the exclusive Resort Manager, Rental Manager, and Vacation Ownership Sales and Marketing agent for the resort. These services will generate revenue for the resort owners’ association and offer owners and guests access to top-tier hospitality management, proprietary rental services, and the opportunity to learn more about Capital Vacations Club.
Sunrise Ridge Resort's 132 units are located just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge's most popular attractions, and feature indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a fitness center, arcade, outdoor grills, and sweeping views of the Smoky Mountains. Capital Vacations' strategic investment in the property underscores its commitment to delivering memorable vacation experiences for its Club members and guests and strengthening independent timeshare associations.

Capital Vacations will establish a sales preview center at Sunrise Ridge Resort and plans to make improvements to unit interiors, landscaping, and the overall resort in the coming months.
